How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Prepser Pro → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find Prepser and request a refund. We can't issue refunds ourselves.
I got a new iPhone. How do I restore my subscription and notes?
Install Prepser, open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. To bring back your notes, use Sign in with Apple with the same Apple ID you linked before — Settings → Sign in with Apple.
How do I delete my account and data?
Settings → Delete account → Delete Everything. This removes your notes, transcripts, generated artifacts, preps, calendar events and chat, and your files are deleted from storage as well. It can't be undone. See Privacy for what remains. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
My recording is stuck in Processing.
Check your connection, pull to refresh, then tap Retry on the note. Long recordings can take a few minutes. If it's been more than 30 minutes, email us with the time you recorded and the note's title.
Does Prepser write sermons?
No. It works from what you already preached — transcript, outline, posts, questions, prayer points, and a review of your invitation. The message is yours.
Which Bible translation does it use?
ESV by default. Verse references open in ref.ly.
How do I export to Logos?
Open a Prep → Export → Add it to Logos. This creates a DOCX Personal Book. In Logos on desktop: Tools → Utilities → Personal Books → Add book, then pick the file.
Is my audio private?
Yes. Recordings live in private storage, are sent only to our transcription provider to make the transcript, are never used to train AI models, and are deleted when you delete the note or your account. Details in Privacy.
Which devices does Prepser support?
iPhone running iOS 26 or later. English only for now.
